Car unlocks and windows go down by themselves

Something is definitely up with my security system. I have the stock one where the windows can go up or down if you hold the button on the key fob. But the problem is that now the car unlocks and windows go down even when I don't press the button. If I'm in my home and holding or even touching the key fob, sometimes it happens. It doesn't always happen but when it does, I'm holding or touching the fob, but not pressing any buttons. How the hell is it doing that? It's annoying and sometimes unsafe as it's happened when I've been out and not noticed the car unlock itself.

Check to make sure the button switch inside of your key fob isn't broken, causing the button to be "touched" without pressing the switch.
