B&O tweeters not coming up

Suddenly me tweeters have stopped coming up, does anyone know anything about this problem?
Car out of warranty since 4 days!
Tried restart of MMI.

I would take it in right away... a chance they'll let the 4-day window slide.

I'm wondering if it might be a fuse?
Strange that they both stopped working at the same time.
My user guide is in German, does anyone know if there is a fuse for this?

Afaik it doesn't have an independant fuse for the tweeters, but it is directly powered by one of the B&O components in the trunk.
There were known issues with the first generation lens tweeters (why i didn't connected them in my retrofit) but i assume their are second generation tweeters you have.
As suggested, try bring in the car asap and maybe dealer can still help you out under warrenty!

Happened to me tweeters didn't come up and mmi screen also didn't come out. Had to get it replace under warranty I forgot what part it was. Like the actual brain part of it.

Ouch, well, the MMI screen is coming up, so it might be just a "small brain" fried :-)
Going to Audi today.

Seems to be the B&O amplifier, sounds expensive....

Have you done anything to the sound system? If not, why is it not covered under warranty?

It could also just be a loose fibre optic cable, along with a speaker cable short.

I would definately take it to the dealer ASAP.

The BO amps regularly come up on ebay, if you have to purchase yourself.

@Jkwelsh, I have booked check at Audi, 7. desember, you might be right in the connections, just hard to see that happening without tampering, well I had to take out the spare tire around the same time, might be related.
As you can see, it was rather cold that day -21 degrees celsius, was a cold tire change :-)

I had (and continue to have) an issue with some distortion with the B&O system. When I originally pointed out the issue, my car had 80300km (warranty runs out at 80,000km). When they finally got the replacement amp in (at 82,000km), my dealership worked with Audi to split the cost of the repair. Audi covered the $2500 amp and dealer covered labour. Unfortunately, issue still exists. Keep in mind there are 2 amplifiers - a MOST ANC amp (I believe 5-channel) and a B&O 10-channel amp - both are very expensive. Morale of the story, they should extend some goodwill to you. However Audi is very strict specifically with the sound system, when out of warranty.

I'm almost hoping it is water ingress from the trunk lid, this have been an issue with the A5, where Audi made some new parts to protect the
electric stuff under the lid.

Update, Audi did a reset on the B&O, and it is working!, would love to be able to do that with VCDS :-)
Anyway, I just hope it stays on, price for new is USD 3k ++ here in Norway...
