Today, I got:

Jcaps coolant cover and new washer cap, and as the ECS black oil funnel & dipstick. Also ordered Jcaps oil cap. It just looks so awesome. Also, going to plastidip the green and yellow caps. Will post pictures tomorrow.

Well, the ECS funnel dipstick did not work. Kinda fitted into the lower tube, and the new upper tube was poking up from my intake manifold. Will the dipstick, could not close the hood, and did not read the oil level. The new dipstick is shorter in length, too. Broke the OEM one. So, waiting for a new OEM one and returning the ECS one.

Installed the Jcaps. Looks really cool.

Sorry to hear the dip stick/tube didn't work for you, but it makes sense. Assuming your engine is ATW, it's an 058 block while the ECS dipstick/tube is designed to work with 06A blocks (AWM, AMB).

Ah, well ECS said "from 2000" so I thought it fits. Oh,well. Probably going to plastidip the new OEM funnel black.

Interesting... here you an see that AEB/ATW are separated from AWM, which aligns with my prior post:

So why would they say 2000?? Might be worth contacting them about this discrepancy, maybe see if you can get something back from them since they mislead you (and other customers).

Right, 2000 model year came with the ATW, and 2001 came with AWM. I was showing that in another section for the dipstick they say ATW and AEB dipsticks are the same, but AWM is different. So to me they made an error when they said "from 2000 model year", and if I were in your shoes I'd get them to accept it as a return for giving wrong information.

I got those same tires, just a little wider (225s). Have you run Nankangs before? I got mine pretty cheap so i'm wondering how good they are haha.

My TH-lines were 17x8/9.5 all running NS-20 205/45. My A8 wheels are NS-20 were all on 215/40. So, I'm running the WCI's (18x9.5) on 215/40s.

I like it. Easy to install, takes hits / scrapes great. After 2-3 months it gets grey, so I plastidipped it black.

I hate to be that guy, but that lip doesnt help the look of the B5 body lines.

Not saying it looks "bad"... just doesnt compliment or help the shape of the car
