Another Imola S4 thread

Yesterday was a great day for me! I purchased this Imola S4, my2000, black interior and a six speed manual transmission. 143k miles on her. Did a lot of poking around, I spent two hours inspecting before the test drive. The car came with a few goodies. Borla cat back, H&R coilovers, Neuspeed sway bars, and a decent sent of 18" TSW wheels wrapped in Pirelli tires. Car is incredibly clean inside and out 9/10 easy. I don't know what my overall goal for power is yet, I do know I'm going to be focused on cleaning her up maintenance wise, until I have it paid off. I'll do the VCGs, new coil packs and plugs, and a boost leak check.. Pleased to hear what you guys think! Moar pics when the suns out!

Plan of attack:
Get service records from Audi since the car fax shows 22 maintenance records, then do VCG, I'm considering the ICM delete/2.0t coil conversion but might not need it since the 034 intake comes with an ICM heat sink relocation bracket. So maybe just new coils and plugs.. But then again I'm not having misfires so I might just wait. The CEL turned off after I filled up with 92 octane.. So the cat might not even be an issue yet. Ill pick up on any maintenance that isn't in the service records, and then research for moar boost or turbo upgrade

Did a little tinkering today at work it's got a dayco Audi belt that looks a little tired, but not bad

So a friend at work who is real big into Audis (owns 2 URS6s, one is built over 500whp), highly suggested installing a boost gauge for diagnostic purposes, I think that may be what I do first. Any one have any suggestions on which ones are better? I'm reading up on a few now.. I see ecs and awe make one

Exactly, as clean as it looks, there was so much shit stuck to the paint that you could only notice if you looked closely. But got that taken care of!

Called 034, looks like might be a while before they ship the intake. Ordered a coolant temp sensor and aux fan switch... Noticed the coolant wasn't all the way up to temp after an hour of highway driving the other day.. Doubt it is, but also hoping its not the t stat
