WTF is wrong with ECS tuning?!!

I ordered new rotors and pads, front and back online. I got B5S4 stuff for the front, and B6A4 stuff for the rear. First they sent me 2 right front rotors! - no fukcin left rotor....so i call them up, speak with a guy and he says ok, ill get you another one right away....

i confirmed with him ATLEAST three times "B5S4 front left xdrilled/slotted zimmerman rotor"

he yes's me to death and proceeds to send me a fukcin rear left rotor off of the s4......so now I call him AGAIN, he confirms AGAIN and has to send me another one....

so now i have 6 rotors charged to my card, and do not have a complete set in my hand.

i thought this place was supposed to be a very good parts supplier??

I hope the quality of their products is better than this...

Not that this is the same deal, but they forgot to ship several parts in an intercooler kit for my GTi. It all worked out in the end though, I'm sure it will work out for you as well.

Bummer. I order my rotors from them with no issues. They showed up in two days. As for left/right, the Zimmermans are not directional from an internal vane standpoint, so there shouldn't be left or right, no?
