Just a question, not bashing John@Roc Euro, but overall how is the service response? I bought a used intake which I consulted with John on Monday August 24th and appreciated the after hours response. John advised 3 items to be replaced, so I proceeded with the purchase. Invioce and shipping details were promised for Tuesday morning, which came and went. Six emails later still no update, so I finally called John who promised EOD (Friday) with invoice and shipping details again. The weekend has passed and again have nothing, so reaching out to the community to ask how were their dealings with Roc Euro. Please note - John did explain they were moving and everything was back on Track on Friday, but just a little disappointed after two EOD promises, still have nothing.
