In order to raise the car a bit, do you have to take off the struts? Or can it be done right on the car with the wheels off?

Front ,you can do it on the car, with wheels off and both side off the ground on stands. But the BackRear is another story in itself, the coilover will have to come out for you to lower or raise.

db boy007: Ouch are you serious? You need to take out the back in order to lower it? Is this only on the Cabs or for all? :(
There goes my idea of lowering it a bit more for kicks.

Agent 0: Are you thinking of raising it? Why?

my 235 BFG KDW/2's are too fat and they rub big time. The tire itself looks like at least a 245

I decided to go against raising it, it really wont doo much with et32....

Getting slimmer Nitto555's tomorrow, if that doesn't work. I'm gonna have to trade these wheels.

Yes you will have to take the coilover out of the car in order to turn the two rings with that special tool. My son Nevaeh Speed, has done this for me on this cab and also on the Avant I traded in. No fun doing either.

You can do both front and rear on the car normally. Front just take the wheel off.
For the rears, just unbold the top control arm and sway bar, then you should have enough slack to move the adjuster.
