What's a fair price to get a bent rim fixed? NY/CT area and best way to sell?

So two wheels on my old set of 19 inch peelers had bends in them. In the NY/CT area at a reputable place, what type of prices are people charging, trying to figure what a fair price would be.

Also, they need to be refurbished, but I'm thinking of just selling them as is after I get the bends taken care of. They were curbed and have some pitting from the NY winters. Actually I don't know if it's pitting or if the salt/sand they used caused small chips. But regardless, any opinions if I should get them refurbished, or just sell as is, I'm thinking someone might take them and powder coat them/ plasti dip, use them for winters, etc., so getting them refurbished would be a waste of money and I wouldn't really recoup any of the money I spent on that.

I currently have bent stock rotors and rim straightening is around 150. At the same time I asked about refinishing peeling clear coat and curb rash, and he would need to look at pictures for a price. A number of years ago I had some aftermarket SUV wheels refinished and I think they were a little over 100. Spending 200+ on stock rims is borderline not worth it.
