I have recently fixed the vibration issue on my 08 A4 Quattro Tip. The main culprit is the transmission mounts, but the motor mounts play a role also. I recommend using this kit on ecstuning. You can also buy the mounts separatly and make your own spacers. I roughly outlined my diagnosis process in three tumblr posts.
