So I posted a thread about how I was hearing a funny noise after my oil change... Well I went back and these are the codes that are going off now. The game is to figure out how screwed I am... Anybody have any idea of what might be wrong, and what I may need to do to make it go away?

What did this "funny" noise sound like? Metal on metal? Have you checked your cam follower lately?

Have you swapped around your coil packs to see if the misfires follow with the pack?.. Cam follower is a good suggestion as well.

What oil filter did you use? Is the noise still there? What did the noise sound like?

Did not read your other thread, but I would say clear codes, drive it a bit and check for codes again if you have not done so already. Hard to know if any of those are old.
This thread recently covered one of those codes:

Hard to explain, but it's a light chirping type noise, almost like crickets chirping...

The oil filter I got this time was a MANN brand, and the noise didn't start until after I got the oil changed. But I did have a check engine light prior to the oil change. I scanned it and all that came up at the time was a error that pointed to a gas cap issue.

I'm going to check the cam follower as soon as I get some time... How long would it take a rookie? Might knock it out before work.

It has 110k and I bought all the timing belt stuff, I'm just waiting on someone to either do the job, or at least help me do it.

    .

Cam follower will only take you an hour. Just need to take off the HPFP. There is a very helpful DIY on the forums somewhere.

Cam follower isn't too difficult. Depends on if you have the banjo bolt or barb fitting. Banjo bolt is what I have and it can be a little bit of a pain to get to. Chirping noise reminds me of what I had recently. It ended up being my serpentine belt tensioner. Video below is the noise mine was making before it went bad. Easiest way to tell if that's your noise is to take a 17mm (i think?) wrench and relieve pressure on the tensioner. There is a square stub off the top of the tensioner to put your wrench on. If your chirping stops it's probably your tensioner. Belts will also squeak though.

I'm going to try the tensioner trick as well, thanks for the advice.

That's what I thought, that's why I went back to the shop and had them check it out.

Here's a video of the sound, it's the high pitch chirp I'm talking about.
