Fuel Pressure Regulator (2.3L)

Hey there guys, I just bought a 1987 Coupe GT (2.3 Liter). It turns over and runs but it leaks really bad in the fuel pressure regulator(it sprays everywhere) (At least that's what I think it is). It might be hoses, but if it IS the f/r, a new one costs around $300, but I was wondering if a regulator from another car would work as well. So is this the correct regulator and if not/ broken does anyone know a good substitute? Thanks a Bunch! Picture Here--->
