Mine has the Audi hitch on it.

Not sure what the load rating is on the bags, this is the first I've towed with it. It handled this with no problem though. (4)6"x6"x10' (9)2"x10"x12' (25)5/4"x6"x12' all in a 10' utility trailer.

I will say that as far as crashes go, it was a lovely one. The crumple zones worked flawlessly, and the airbag deployment was painless. I watched the hood fold up in slow motion.

So now I'm looking for a replacement and it doesn't appear that I can delete the pano on a 2016...WTF?
I'm going to inquire about Audi Exclusive to get a replacement, sans pano.

Bro, that is crazy. I'm sorry for your SQ and glad that everyone is ok. I hope their insurance company drops them for being retarded and after they see what a replacement is going to cost.. Replacement will take nearly 40 years of premiums (assuming $200/mo rate).....

Dang glad you're alright man. I totalled my S4 in a similar fashion...fighting with a tree...but the tree won out. Same thing, crumple zones worked perfectly and airbags deployed and I walked away. Impact actually folded my passenger side floor and buckled my center console. Not even a scratch. Got it hand it to the engineering of the Audis.

Cars can be replaced...just be thankful you're alright. Could've been much worse based on the pictures!

That's totaled without a doubt. The impact is deep into the engine bay, possible engine/trans damage. No telling what the bottom looks like. Even IF it isn't totaled I would sell it the day you get it back from the body shop. You would be taking a big chance the body shop rebuilt it correctly and it would behave the same way in a similar impact.

I'm so sorry to hear and see the photo of what happened. Glad your alive, cars can be replaced people can't. I delt with this same thing 3 years ago. When a teenage driver who was on the phone and driving, ran into the back of my work truck while I was stopped at a red light. I e had to have 2 major back surgeries and are scheduled to have my 3rd in the next 2months. But anyway hope you feel better, and best of luck with the insurance companies and your next new car whatever it may be.

I feel your pain. We were rear-ended twice in the same accident last month in our Saab 9-5 (RIP). We now have a Q5 TDI on order. It's our first Audi after driving Saabs for 30 years. I'll miss my Swedish Studebaker, but it did its job and saved our lives.
