    Probably not the tune if it's lost power. I never really had issues besides the spark plugs, the gap opened up since I needed to run a colder plug and had misfire issues.

    Nothing that wasn't in the K04 DIY thread to be honest besides the washers I put on wrong at first because they were like that before. oops.
    It wasn't bad actually and I've never done anything like this motors wise so I'd think most can do this without issue if you have all of the tools. Now I have to figure out when I can do the W/M system and get that extra power out of the thing. It was a fun drive home after the tune I'll tell you that and thankfully no ticket.

    Well this is the first time I've ever measured and It's 26" front and 26.5" rear. Kind of odd it's a full half an inch higher in the rear but it works I guess.

    Damn.... I guess I have to play the "which picture went where" game since photobucket are a bunch of thieves. (Check their site if you want don't know what I mean.

    I've been back and forth lately on selling the car, not sure what I could get out of it and I've been looking at a 2014 Audi S6. Not too sure if I'm ready to sell my car just yet though.

    Anyone know what my car would be worth if I sold it private party as is with all mods on it? Black Book and other sites vary but don't account for the mods obviously. Looking to maybe sell and go to a 2016 Audi S6 here soon.

    The unfortunate reality is, unless you found a fellow enthusiast who understands and has an idea as to the amount of money and time invested into adding all of your mods, the avg Joe would probably stay clear. The vast majority want a clean, factory spec used car with maintainance records. Most would equate a heavily modded car as a recipe for upcoming repairs and would be wary that it’s been driven hard on the regular.
    That’s why if you were to have it valuated with a dealership, new or used, the vast majority of your mods wouldn’t even reach their ledger sheet. They view it as more of a hinderance vs benefit in terms of being sellable, crazy as that sounds. They know that the car, the way it is set up, casts a pretty narrow net as far as potential customers.

    Best bet is to put feelers out on the Classifieds here as well as other Audi forum sites. That’s where you’ll most likely have your best shot at getting anything near your potential asking price. Just be prepared for lowballing since most everyone will reference off KBB, Edmunds, and Carfax, of which none lend much value in high performance mods.

    Yeah I know, I just think it's time to move on and want the S6. I'm visiting friends in Germany and seeing the Audis all over makes me want it more. Also, damn I miss living here!

    Hey Infiltrator, I am trying to upgrade from concert to MMI 3g plus and need help connecting Kufatec display wire pink 4 pin to back of MMI unit. There isnt any pink connector on back of MMI unit. Can you please help? I am also not getting display or key light up on console button near shifter.. What could be wrong?

    Jack*commonly refers to a connector often with the female electrical contact or socket, and is the "more fixed" connector of a connector pair.*Plug*commonly refers to a movable connector, often (but not always) with the male electrical contact or pin, and is the movable (less fixed) connector of a connector pair.

    Sorry I wasn't quicker on my response on helping you out Ford. Thanks Marko S for doing that for me.

    I was looking at selling my truck and car for a 2016 S6 and realised how much I'd regret doing that. Plus I've been driving the car a little more lately and it's grown on me once again. It only has 47.5k on it and will have this car for 8 years come May 2018. So I guess I'll be on here a little more and digging into what I can do to the car next that I haven't done already.

    No issues man! I order that damn cable from China and will tackle this over the holidays and PTO time. I’m honestly a little scared although the kufatec instructions eased some of my apprehension.

    Ah yes, a 4.0T would be awesome! I can’t give up the manual just yet, not after finally getting one after four years driving a grocery getter.

    Thanks for reply man! I figured AMP to MMI radio wiring from other thread but still have problems with retrofit.
    Basically I am doing concert to 3G+ retrofit using Kufatec wiring and everything is connected as it explained in other AZ threads but screen and button panel wont power up. I gave car to local Audi dealer and their tech reprogrammed and removed CP from Gateway, ran diagnostics, verified optical cable but cant see 5F and radio in VAS scan. He is now clueless on whats wrong. I am sending a PM well. Can you please help?

    Looks like I might need a Gateway with can extended support to make 3G+ work.. until then I will work with MMI 3G. How to enable traffic data feed? Is it possible only on active Sirius subscription?

    Anyone managed to source a replacement for the Cinterion AH6 module? I have converted my 3g+ from US to EU but need a AH3-W-Rel3 unit to get full 3g connection.

    I know i can use a dongle etc to also do this (current setup), but want to get back to not having it if possible.

    Well it looks like you'll need that D extension to hook your old antenna back up. Have you researched the forms on people who had GPS but are upgrading? I'm sure they have pictures showing the same as you.

    Thanks for the reply, I know I'm dredging up history here. As far as searching, there are a few main threads that all have bits of information that I have needed, sub'd to, and referenced countless times, yours being one of them. Thats the big reason why I have procrastinated for so long in getting this going (which is by far the easiest part of this project). I found a work around, you wouldn't like it, I know that from another post with a similar question! Might actually be this thread where they guy was going to modify the cable...

    I found one of the threads that if you have satellite radio (I do) but no GPS the antenna is already there. Great information on here for sure.

    I'm fairly good at this point. This is the info I didn't find until I actually started, hard to know what exactly is going on until running wires in the car with extra harnesses.

    - "not for everyone" work around on the Satellite Fakra D from shark fin to MMI - the web points to Fakra H which is effective the inverse of the D.
    - Purchased and installed B&O MOST enabled Amp (allows me to keep the amp and not rewire from the long connector to the quad lock).
    - Found the right MMI buttons for ADS lite (B8, not 8.5), and Traction Control (not ASP)

    About the only question I have at this point is the power to Rear view camera and new radio. The connectors are the same but I don't immediately see how they connect to the power in the fuse boxes. It looks they should plug in, they don't, so I must be missing some type of adapter or just missing it altogether. I, admittedly, and not a car electronics guy.

    I'm sure I'll figure it out, but if you know I'd certainly appreciate it.

    I actually bought a GPS from kufatec and mounted it on the bottom of the dash behind the glovebox. Sorry I cant be more help. The good thing about the fakra connectors is that they are colour coded which should make it easy to identify which one to use.

    My car is coming off CPO and, surprisingly, my wife asked what I was going to do to it and not, "don't do anything"....so I guess that is permission? I'm interested in your thoughts on KO4 vs Stage II tune? I love the initial power of the KO3, but as everyone knows, it falls so flat on its face in the upper RPM. Does the Stage II tune make this better or should i go straight to the KO4? if so, did you notice any initial lag that I've been reading? I'm no stranger to a little bit of lag, but this is just a daily driver. I have the beast for hyperspace....

    Where were you in Germany? I graduated high school from Heidelberg in '97 and those were some of the best times of my life...miss it dearly!

    I loved Stage II and I did feel a little lag at first when switching over to the KO4. It took a little while to get used to coming from Stage II and the little bit of extra torque it had. The first thing I did notice is the pull when you got it going, it was awesome. The thing just keep pulling and pulling and now that I think back the lang when coming off of the line wasn't that bad. It's worth it for sure and wish I installed one a long time ago. Just trying to seel now because I don't have enough room in the garage or driveway for it and I wan't a new S6.

    I was in stationed at Spagdahlem AB, Germany for a few years back when I was active duty Air Force, just 40 minutes north of Trier. I miss the roads a lot, here in FL they're flat and straight. Boring.
