i love my ecs turbo inlet.. quick question, I'm to lazy to search, how do you like the enclosed apr intake? as apposed to the revo/k&n?

i love my ecs turbo inlet.. quick question, I'm to lazy to search, how do you like the enclosed apr intake? as apposed to the revo/k&n?

I had the K&N for a couple days and didn't like it. Too much noise that didn't sound good. Sounded more like a squeal. I also got the APR Carbonio off a guy on here and just replaced the filter and you here a much better sound. Just my $.02!

Yeh I hear ya on that, DV+ and a stage 2 tune take away from that screech a bit but like if i hold 30% throttle or so for a long time, it sounds like i have a belt slipping. Considering dumping it as well.

^ like he said plus I like mine because it doesn't suck the warm air from the bay like an open one would.
