While my old V8 S5 was a bit of a pig, I LOVED it. The sound alone, added so much character to the car.
When I decided to upgrade, I skipped over the new 3.0T S5 and went directly to the RS5 as I didn't want to lose that sound and substance. If you do go with the V8, make sure you do the 6mt.
