Question about 09' S5 on H&R OE springs with 15f/20r spacers (oem peelers), any rub?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Currently on these wheels 19" oem, everything stock, planning to order new set of springs upcoming month:

Is there any rub with 15mm front and 20mm rear spacers, i see alot doing this exact setup on h&r oe springs. Trying to get it right on first order.

Or should i go with like 5mm less, need a sure answer because you never know even when measuring it might rub?

    Thanks.

Looks like 20/25 is preferred..... I think the offsets between those wheels are the same.

Actually looks like the offsets are different. Pictured above are 19 X 8.5 ET32 and the peelers are 19 X 9 ET33 So the peelers poke approx 5mm more so the correct spacers would be 15/20

I doubt it OE drop is very mild, but no personal experience. I'm sure others will chime in.

Sgibb is correct. 15/20 is the right setup on OE. No rub. And say you did... sell the 20's, move the 15's to the rear, and buy 10's for the front. No big deal still. Still yet, you're good with 15/20.

I think you will be fine with 15/20s. I run those spacers, with coilovers, no rubs for 99% of the time. (Extremely occasionally a minor rub on rear if there is a big bump and cornering at same time.)

Looks like you are running PSS too which are beefier than most tires

Actually the PSS run a little small, which is why I stepped it up to 265/35 vrs stock 255/35. I found the PSS 265s where almost exactly the same fender gap as the Dunlop 255s I was running. IMO you can't beat the PSS from a handling/wear/cost/noise/comfort combination, its an amazing tire.

Hmm interesting. Doesn't seem to be the same opinion as most on here.
