Interior is in good shape with Black/Onyx Seats (no rips in seats)
Exterior is good with minor scratches/dents from over the years

Taking into account of all of the recent/past maintenance, the modifications, and the mileage of the car, I am asking for $5,000 as a whole but offers are welcome. I am taking a loss but understand I will not get back what I put into it. I do have all the receipts for maintenance and modifications if needed.

I am also willing to part out the car only for the modifications listed above with prices.

Yeah, I got it fixed at Fremont Foreign Auto. I had to throw in the towel on trying to fix it myself, so I went ahead and got it fixed by them. They have great quality work and everything is good to go now. There is also a warranty on the parts/labor as well. After getting it fixed, I thought about selling it or keeping it but decided to move on to a newer car as I start my new job. I will miss the car tho.

Whoops, my mistake. Its actually not a full borla exhaust. Just a borla muffler. Fixed the add now.
