2001 Audi tt 225 Quattro 1.8t Engine knock when accelerating problem HELP

hello all i have 2001 audi tt quattro 225 and i am having a problem with the engine.... theres an engine knock ONLY when i rev the engine or when i accelerate. the noise also occurs under a load. the noise DOES NOT occur when i am at idle and also when im cruising. i am very confused and i have a video to post here as well PLEASE HELP.

I would start by making sure there's enough oil in your engine, I am 99% sure you need a timing chain tensioner. it could also be oil pump.
sludge in the engine can cause low oil pressure too.

A couple people have told me it could be a rod bearing. including the dealer is this possible, with it idling so smooth and no noise.

Oil is good and I do not have any lights on for low oil pressure. could it still be the oil pump if there are no lights?

I guess it could be, but the other noise the engine is making is probably the chain tensioner, im just wondering if the other noise has something to do with it.
the problem about taking this car to the dealer is that they don't see this cars all the time, people with a 10 15 year old don't take to the dealer, you might want to get a second opinion.
