Sorry if this has been answered a thousand times...

Can anyone tell me what these indicators mean? I can't find a list of Information Display indicators anywhere so far... only dashboard indicators.

First one is "dipped headlight". Could indicate a problem with your AFS system, high beam, ballast, etc. a VCDS scan will tell you.
The second is TPMS error. One or more tires is reporting pressure below the threshold value stored in your settings.

Totally right, Missed it in the manual. Actually I couldn't find the dipped headlight indicator but the tire one is there.

If the tire pressure is too low, it will show the flat tire without a line. The flat tire with a line means Malfunction. Probably because a tire sensor went out.

Is there a way to figure out which tire sensor it is? Also, does the spare tire have a sensor?

The full sized spare should be equipped like the rest if it's OEM. You will have to let the car know your mounting a new wheeel on though via procedure in the manual.

Most tire shops can test your TPMS sensors to determine which one(s) is faulty. I went the other route and just disabled the TPMS altogether and monitor pressure manually regularly.

Since my car is 2005.5 S4, I just went ahead and bought 4 new sensors and valve kits from ECS and had the tire shop replace them. No sensor for the spare tire, since the manual says the car should read 4 tires only.

No TPMS error for a few days then it comes back on... Do I need to activate them somehow? Vagcom?
