Looking for a real pal

I bought my 2006 Audi A4 3.2 V6 last month. And this month I'm having some issues:

My head lights would randomly flicker. It seems like its a prevalent issue that happens to many Audi A4 drivers. I searched the forums saying replace bulbs first before ballasts, I have no idea what any of this means.

I live in San Fernando Valley. Perhaps I can link up with one of you Audi pro's out here so I can learn more about my car.

My clutch also seems very loose. And my rpm seems high for the speed I'm going. (For example, I'm going 40 mph in 4th gear and it's already in 2500-3000 RPM) Would that mean the previous owner had tuned it?

I don't know how far fetched this request is. But maybe one of you Audi pros can drive my car and help me diagnose some things. There's lunch and beer in it for you, if you are old enough.

And VAGCOM. I'd like to see what that's all about.
