Where did you end up ordering from? ANFittingsDirect.com?

Yeah got the line at $3.50/ft from ANfittingsdirect.com as well as the fittings at $4-10 a piece. Also just a -6 plug and a -6 to 1/8" NPT to be able to pressure test the lines after I make them. Also got a -6 to -6 40 micron fuel filter for $20

Find a source for the fuel pump sleeve?

Glad someone else is doing it... besides me.

OP seems to have lost interest.

Ha-ha I'm actually chatting with him right now on FB messenger. I haven't found anywhere as of yet for JUST a sleeve. You can get a whole walbro install kit from Amazon for $15 that has a sleeve a chunk of fuel line, the pump inlet sock and an electrical pigtail I believe

Also just to update you of another possible solution for the return line from the fuel hat to the siphon pump that takes the special IE connector. Got some Eaton SynFlex diesel fuel line, sourced from my work, that has a Teflon coating inside and I put it in a jug of E85 on Friday and I'm going to check it this weekend and see if the outside of it is holding up. If it is I'm going to take a heat gun and warm the end of it up and slip it over that nipple that Kody has the IE connector on and heat the other end up and push a barb to -6 fitting into the other end. I'll let you know how that goes.

Also considering using a 1/4 turn ball valve instead of the -6 to -4 to-3 and back assortment of fittings that way it's smaller and adjustable.

Also found this Y block for $10.61 VS. The $28-38 anywhere else, enjoy.

sorry I've been slammed between doing side work for people and I just bought another house that we're in the process of renovating so progress with my return fuel system has been at a standstill but I did just get the rest of my engine put back together so the next point at which I get to wrench on MY car itll be with the fuel system. Any progress with yours Dave?

I just bought a Walbro install kit for $13 from Amazon I think, comes with the sleeve, clamps, wiring connector and a strainer. Small update I checked the Eaton Synflex diesel fuel line I've had in a container of E85 for the last 2 months and it's not all soft and gooey or hard and brittle. Still seems like new so I'm going to try using that for the intake connection to the syphon pump. Finally got my car back together tonight so now I can tear it down again at my new place.

Say goodbye to the brittle plastic fuel tank top hat. I had some aluminum top hats made up to drill my own AN fitting and weatherpack holes. :)
