I've heard mixed reviews....some people are saying you need to remove the dash to do the heater core and some are saying you do not. Anyone have any first hand experience?

Tried searching and all the results were for a4? Maybe because I'm on my iPhone....I don't know

    Thanks

Im pretty sure i read you go can through the drivers side footwell.

Is it leaking fluid? I've only heard of one other heater core going bad.

If your going to do it yourself, just buy a bentley manual.

That's what I heard too about going through the footwell. Good thing, turns a 5 hr job into less than an hr.

None of my carpets are wet, although all the tell tale signs are present....antifreeze smell when the heat is on, windows fogging, etc
