This is best 2012 RS5 for sale. PERIOD.
What needs to be fixed:
The tires are supposedly good for 30,000 miles. Currently have 15,000. Plenty left, but if wasn't selling it, I'd be replacing them. You'll have to be the judge. Thats it. Honestly.
How much room is there for negotiation? Not much.
Sale requires in person transfer at bank or reputable 3rd party servicer. I always check EVERYTHING. I expect you to as well.
