I would like to swap my springs and swaybar onto my wife's allroad.
would the allroad shocks be a problem?
Will the handling be improved or way to bouncy.
Anybody know of a member who has pulled this off.

Should not be a problem at all to swap the sway bar (front or rear). Your handling will be improved a bit and sway bars don't generally have an impact on the "vertical" ride as in the are not going to make the car rougher over bumps. They make the car lean a little less in the turns.
As for springs, the S4 spring will fit, not sure if the shocks are too long though, but if they did fit with the shocks you have, then they might be a little stiffer over bumps and maybe a little bouncy. If you went and test drive an S4 with about 200 pounds of extra weight in it, then you would be pretty close to the ride you will get with the allroad on S4 springs.

I wouldn't do the S4 springs though. The avant/allroad are a little heavier and have a slightly different weight balance, so the springs are not ideally tuned for it. Your best bet is to do it right and save a little more money and buy some after market springs made specifically for the avant/allroad. If you really want to do it right weight a little longer and get full coil overs. Then you have the most options to tune it to how you like for comfort and ride quality.

I run KW's H.A.S. setup along with Sachs OEM equivalent S-line shocks on my allroad. No complaints about the ride (either with height or handling).

in my opinion, no. better to purchase aftermarket ones. I mean the fronts are the same size and the rears is slightly bigger but not noticeable.
