    2.8 V6 Won't Start

The motor turns with with the battery. Just doesn't fire.

Fuel pump does not prime when the key is inserted or turned to "on."

Fuel pump DOES whirr when connected directly to 12V at the two fat wires.

I get .6 V at the two fat wires at the fuel pump connector when the key is turned to "on" and .2 or so when the starter is turning the motor. Notice I am using a DMM from Harbor freight set at 20VDC. I may be misreading the DMM and it's a cheap POS. But that's what I got.

Fuse for the fuel pump is good.

Fuel pump relay (well, the fourth from the left on the bottom with 5 contacts that matches the wiring diagram) tests good--with 12V on terminal T and 30, you can hear it click and the other terminals switch on and off as they should.

    Any ideas??

Hotwired the fuel pump. Still no start.

Measured the voltages at fuses 28, 29, and 34. All less than one volt with the key on, and dropped when cranked.

Scan tool could not communicate with the ECU.

Could this be the ignition switch or the fuse for the ECU?

Only 4 volts at fuse 32.

That's what it was. Bad ignition switch.
