Boost Fade with GT3071 on 2.0L

2.0l engine GT3071r

Having the issue that the boost slowly drops from 19 psi (where were currently tuning) to 15/16 psi by redline during a log pull.

Checking for a vac/boost leak tonight but otherwise is a 100% fresh 1000 miles on motor. Not sure why it would loose breath like a K03
