    Stage 2 b5 s4 diverter valve question

I have a stage 2 b5 with a stock diverter valve and I was wondering if this will cause a boost leak and what diverter valve would you recommend?

Yes, bad diverter valves could cause boost leaks. Pick up some 710N's.

I'm not a fan of the R1s. Had one before on my A4 and it honks (like a goose) going in/out of vacuum sometimes. It works great but be warned of the honk.

Rose: 00 S4 6MT. 034 MS diverters, piggies, stage 1 ecu, Apikol diff brace, Stern rear diff bushings, E-codes, AWE vent mount boost guage, H&R premium street coilovers, Fast Intentions stage II cat back exhaust, short shifter, drive train stabilizer, Doge sticker. wow.

I'm running the SSAC diverters with the medium springs. Seem to work well.

I was wondering if anyone was running those. How long have you had them installed and at what boost levels? You are running the 3F tune right?

I've had them for 15k miles on my F21 setup. Yeah 3F tune ~20psi. Work like a charm so far. I've been meaning to clean them and maybe try different springs to see if there was any benefit. Only drawback I've seen is the chrome is peeling, but no mechanical issues.

For those who say the 710n's aren't up the job, CELison has one of the healthiest stage 3 cars around.

I'll second that---The BI-PIPE is a very good add-on also the 710N's work VERY well...I was using the Forge 007 valves but got tired of removing them to re-lube the o-rings every 4000 miles...
PS- they're a BUNCH cheaper than ANY of the aftermarket valves...I've had them on the vehicle for nearly a decade-NO issues!
