Head Gasket - Install dry or use anaerobic sealant / activator

I prepped using the white 160 grit 3M bristle discs. I want to make sure the imperfections are filled in.

I hear of people using Hylomar sealant or an anaerobic sealant with prep / activator spray. I hear of others who say always install the gasket dry. I don't see how the micro scratches from the sanding (bristle disc) would be filled without using a sealant.

I'm aware of the controversy regarding the use of 3M Roloc bristle discs, but it's too late.

Any input would be great. Thx!
