Brand new and just painted. Tax season wasnt good to me and i need the money. This is still in the shop. Front vent was opened up already and the it is painted black and left untouched around front and side vents (showing carbon fiber). The hood isnt finished and should be finished at a professional shop. Hardware from you OEM hood will need to be transfered over.

1200 obo. Im located in NYC area. Would like to keep local BUT will ship if buyer pays ( i get discounts with shipping and you can use it)

Are you asking for $1,200 as well as the stock hood? Also, I know this hood doesn't come with the vents functional and are filled. Have these been cut out? Also, since the hood is recommended to use with hood pins, do these also come with hood pins or did your shop use expanding foam to weigh it down? I know Nick's Car Blog featured this hood and wrote a thorough review, just wondering what you shop had and hadn't done.

No i have my stock hood. No need to for an exchange. Only the front vent has been cut out. I was debating on the side vents because on the S4 its above the coil packs. Also there wasnt as much room as initially thought to cut the vents, hence the reason i say a shop needs to do this.

They recommend pins, but every person that has ever run the hood uses the latch. There really isnt a need for hood pins. unless thats something you want to do.

So for your knowledge, The front vent is OPEN. The side vents are closed as of now, and need to be cut open if you wish. NO foam has been used.

A shop would need to use the foam, Open the side vents (if thats what you want) and transfer the OEM hood hardware to the CF hood.
