Adaptive damping suspension

Hi Guys:
I recently totaled my 15 S4 and I'm looking for a replacement. I found one with adaptive suspension and was wondering if anyone has this option and how would you compare the ride and handling to the stock OEM set up. Does the "comfort" mode improve the ride over rough pavement? Does the "dynamic" mode improve the handling? Does "automatic" mode change the damper setting based on the way the car is being driven?
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

yes yes and yes. I love the ADS setup and with KW HAS can get the ride height you want and comfort mode is still noticible over auto or dynamic.

I have ADS on my car and I absolutely love it. I've ridden in a non-ADS B8.5 and I remember that being between Comfort and Dynamic. I'm 95% positive that Dynamic on an ADS car is stiffer than a non-ADS car.

I agree with the above. I have a bad back and the comfort setting helps with the bumps. The dynamic setting is nice when I want to corner hard.

Adaptive suspension + sports diff + adaptive steering = amazing DD. Push a button and you have a ride so nice, your grandma could knit in the back driving through winter-fresh Ottawa roads. Push the sports button and you have a ride so planted, you're doing 99km/h+ *before* a cloverleaf onramp.

I hit the back of a 93 Chevy P/U truck at pretty low speed. The high bumper on the truck went above my front bumper and into the grille, hood and engine compartment. Insurance declared it a total loss. :(
