need help removing TPMS

I bought a set of 18" audi wheels
had some pretty bad curb rash so I want ti sand fill and paint them but I cant remover the TPMS

nut on the outside wont turn just spins the valve stem the tourques on the inside can come out and I can remove the sensor it self

but how do I get the valve stem out??

had to cut them off
