Some of the available options for the Prestige/Technik that I would consider are the sports diff, dynamic steering and adaptive suspension.

Any reason not to go with any of these?

All personal choice; most (maybe all) would agree with sport diff and I also agree with adaptive suspension particularly if you plan to leave stock suspension. I have read other threads that indicated adaptive cruise (which is included in same package as dynamic steering in the U.S.) results I'm very costly alignments. Not sure if packages are the same in Canada.

I wouldn't want the adaptive cruise and it is extra here.

What is dynamc steering? Here in the states when you get the Sport dif or Adaptive suspension, you can adjust the steering, throttle, sport dif, and exhaust volume of the Sundakato in the MMI. Not sure about Canada

It is part of the Driver Assitance Package (in the U.S.), along with adaptive cruise. Dynamic steering varies the steering ratio.

Dynamic steering is the perfect companion to the sport diff. Not many have it in the US, because it's only available with prestige. I love mine. Much more nimble and lively steering. Auto mode is perfect for daily driving. Changes from direct for easy parking to indirect for straight line stability on the highway. Dynamic mode locks the ratio to a lower more direct ratio than the standard steering. Perfect for storming a mountain road or the track.
