    What options should you not get?

    Some of the available options for the Prestige/Technik that I would consider are the sports diff, dynamic steering and adaptive suspension.

    Any reason not to go with these?

    You know what, you are in the right place.

    Pass on all that and get a 2001.5 B5S4 6Speed. That's the main reason not to go with anything you listed.
