    Enfig AUX issue

    Sup everybody,

I recently purchased an Enfig AUT-AUX, which replaces the factory Ipod dock in the glovebox, but my issue is that the connectors and wires are highly sensitive to movement, it's very difficult for me to get it working and put it into place without losing a connection to something. Typically this affects the speaker regions, occasionally it just stops working and the car doesn't recognize it's there anymore.

Does anyone else have experience with this? Or is it possible I got a dud? Is there anything I can do to make sure the connection is more solid?

    Gracias

I would contact them direct. They are a great company to work with and will take care of you.

I called them one time, and the guy I dealt with was a real tool bag. I won't be buying from them again, unless it's something I absolutely need that nobody else has.

It seems as if some of the dension stuff is a little glitchy. I have the ipod/aux/bluetooth adapter for the rnse and I have to reset it about once a month. It took me a while to actually get mine working, I think a member on here got me straightened out. If yours is so touchy you can't even set it down, you probably got a bad unit.
