No boost, no cel, Turbo still spools

New to the Audi community. Recent bought a stock 1998 a4 1.8t 5 speed. Boost gauge is hooked up correctly and reads 0 psi under full throttle and the thing is slow as shit. Vacuum is perfect. No dash lights, drives fine idles perfect brand new maf. I can clearly hear the turbo whistling and the DV working. How can I test the WG without an air compressor? Is this my problem? Also lots of oil in the tubing and intercooler should I be concerned?

A little oil in intercooler is normal and check your n75 valve

Checked and double checked no cracks. Anything else?

How do I check to see if the n75 valve is good?

pressure/smoke test.
if your running a stock intercooler look over the plastic on the top and bottom for cracks or holes.
you have a leak somewhere.

Well like he said cracked intercooler could do it. It should have a code for boost pressure regulator valve open n75 code when you scan car. To check wastegate you can unhook line going from the n75 to wastegate actuator. If the car boost it is good and n75 is bad BUT DO NOT GIVE IT HELL. The car will not stop boosting without it hooked up

Checked every piece of tubing, unplugging n75 made no difference, probably a cup of oil came out of the inter cooler.. checked pcv, how much should it be sucking in?

Your wastegate flapper fell off. Manually actuate the flapper rod, you should be able to hear it slap against the housing.
