question about a 99 & 2000 audi a4 b5

i just bought another audi a4 b5 recently the original ignition system messed up so the previous owner replaced it, now the door locks dont work, is there anyway for me to program a new key to the lock? or how do i replace them so they will work.

2. Does your central locking pump run? If it does, dies it turn off after 30 seconds?

i think the previous owner took the fuse out for it, so i haven't had a chance to check it, i just didnt want to replace it and get locked out of the car. i would say everything is fine on the locking system. just dont have a key to it.

i have looked up and found nothing about the subject, i cant find how to program a key that is cut different than the one that starts it, i have tried to find all the info which is why im asking, the ignition switch is programmed and working, the doors are not, i have looked several places to try to find out how to program my current key to the doors but i dont thing it will work.

Help please.
