I don't know whether this is something that I have started noticing recently or it was like this before, I think these days I can hear the fuel pump whining noise while driving and sitting in the drivers seat. I think in the past I only used to hear in the trunk area, not sure..

I have captured the sound by recording a video inside trunk, can someone please watch it and tell whether this is normal or not?

This is a new Siemens fuel pump which was replaced last year when the original died. The fuel filter was replaced this year some three months back. Car is a 98 AEB.
