Failed NJ inspections

Car is not throwing any codes. The tech was confused too.

Its got an HFC and APR stage 2.

The document said no oxygen and cat readings.

Any ideas? Maybe I have to go to a non state run shop to pass?

having the same issue right now, k04 turbo, apr tune, 034 downpipe w/ hfc, and apr catback exhaust. guys at the inspection station said i have no catalytic converter, told them they were wrong because i know i have one.i popped my hood and showed them and all they had to say was uhh our computer says you dont have one so you don't have one. what brand high flow cat do you have because i remember reading somewhere that some aftermarket hfc and downpipe combos delete the o2 sensor that is usually behind the cat?

Went to redline speedworx today and installed a spacer on the cat. Call your local performance shop and see what they say. Seems to be straight forward. I have the ecode HFC

The problem for both of you is apr doesn't set the codes to readiness. They just delete the monitor so no cel pops up, hence it will not pass inspection in nj. Should have went with motoza, custom tune and he set all my codes to readiness. No sai or cat, and I passed.

Update: passed it. Just needed a fouler on the cat. Switched to stock mode. The end
