Help locating part in transmission please!

I have rebuilt my 6speed transmission using the JHM rebuild kit, everything went according to plan. I started to change out the seals on the front diff and must have got a little too aggressive on the drivers side and broke the speedometer sensor ring behind that seal. I have been in touch with JHM for assistance, but I feel they are stumped as well.

I have scoured google, all the audi forums and have not gotten much. Even an Audi part number would be a huge help. Surely Im not the only one who has broken one of these!!

It's part "D" in the picture.
