Audi A3 Titanium Wheels on B8

Hello everyone!
I've been talking with another forum member about buying 18" Titanium Wheels that came from an A3 (PN 8P0601025BS)
but I'm not sure if these are 66.6mm like B8 or 57mm, can anyone advise if these would fit??

18x7.5 et54 cb 57.1...will not fit without spacers and boring out the center.

Just buy some alzor replicas from ECS if you want that wheel

Here is a link to the 18" version with good fitment for a B8. Other companies like hartmann will sell nice replicas as well.
