I know a lot of folks have been wanting to upgrade their rear differential carrier / rear crossmember bushings for a while now, and I'm pleased to say that we'll soon be releasing another first for the B7 Audi RS4 platform!

I've had these on my car for quite a while now, and they take up a significant amount of slop that remains even after you install something like the Apikol differential mount up front. Our upcoming 034Motorsport B7 Audi RS4 Performance Rear Differential Mount Inserts are designed to be very simple to install, and we'll be providing full installation instructions at release.

Stay tuned for more info, and a forum-exclusive introductory special offer!

I'll be snagging these along with the psi coils and a few other of your suspension/drivetrain related pieces shortly, Any idea of the final release date?

Keep up the good work gents!

ben -- i am thinking of stiffing my car up a bit, i currently bought the ecs rear diff mount...what other items should i get? For example, I was thinking of getting the 034 trans mount...should i get track or street density? i want it tight and not too concerned about vibration...you think track is too much for DD?

    thanks in advance.

    Here's what I would do:
034 Engine Mounts (Track Type, 10mm Studs)
    034 Density Torque Mount
    034 Track Density Transmission Mount
    034 Differential Carrier Inserts
PowerFlex Rear Diff Bushing Insert (Purple)

We've tried Track Density and although it locks the transmission down well, it transmits a NOTICEABLE amount of vibration through the cabin and into the seat. The Street Density Mount is PLENTY capable of locking down the transmission on the B7-RS4 (it did for us on all of our record setting, all-motor runs in addition to our testing with our Supercharger Kit ). For the Rear Differential Mount, you can get away with upgrading to the Red/Stiff bushing without sacrificing much for cabin comfort. It will give you a small increase in vibration but it's not that noticeable and for the upgrade, I think it's worth it.
Track transmission mount might be a bit much. I have the street mount, I think even that adds quiet a bit of vibration, very solid though. I don't notice unless my hand is on the shifter, which it shouldn't be anyways. 034's motorsport engine mounts are a must, though.

Just FYI, that is not what I am running currently, but has been my ideal setup (in terms of most streetable parts. I am currently running the following:

034 Engine Mounts (Track Type, 10mm Studs)
Custom Torque Mount (Much stiffer than density line)
    034 Track Aluminum Transmission Mount
    034 Differential Carrier Inserts
    034 Aluminum Subframe Bushings F/R
PowerFlex Rear Diff Bushing Insert (Black)

I didn't notice any when I installed them on my car, which just has some Street Density Engine/Transmission Mounts and an upgraded snub mount. That being said, if you have something more similar to Ben's track setup (solid aluminum subframe mounts, motorsport engine/transmission mounts) you will likely see some increase in diff noise.
