If anyone does their timing job, call JHM before you place your order to verify they have the tools. Or hopefully you can wait however long for the tools. Since my order was already placed, they said they couldn't refund me the cost of renting the tools and could only give me store credit.
This can't be true because they refund you the $200 core after they get them back in working order.
Let me get this straight, because I must be misunderstanding something.
So, you paid for renting the timing service tools via an internet order from JHM under the pretense that they had them in stock. Then, when you inquire further after having paid for the tool rental, you are told that they not only cannot send the tools due to none being in inventory, but also will only refund your rental deposit in the form of store credit? Please tell me that I am misunderstanding this, because if I am not then that is some 100% bullshit business practice right there; and you should really press the issue.
If they simply don't have the tools in stock right now then that's totally understandable, but to not issue you a proper refund for a tool rental that never happened is simply unacceptable!
