    Help with upper radiator hose!!!

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I was tightening my oil filter and broke off the nipple to my upper radiator hose. Found the part on genuineaudiparts.com and ordered it right away. A couple days later I received the part and now I don't know whether or not I should remove my bumper or not to get to remove the hose and replace it. Thanks for the help. (Sorry if this question seems dumb for all you mechanics.)

I assume this is the hose you broke

No need to remove the bumper. Look at the clip installed on the new part, it just need to be lifted up to the unlock position
Locate the clip on the old hose and pull/pry out the defective hose.

Haha so true...I couldn't afford an Audi if I couldn't DIY most of the shit that this thing needs.
