LED tail light upgrade on 2011 A4 Avant

Thinking about doing this but after reading up on it, it seems a little over my head. Anyone done this locally willing to help me out? I just bought my first Audi and would really appreciate some help or direction. Thanks guys.

Location? I have completed the swap, although it was 1.5yrs ago I can at least provide you with some reference material. besides the R.o.W. tail lights you will also need the R.o.W. harnesses, VcDs, and a laptop. I paid someone to remotely code mine, at that time the coding was proprietary but more recently someone released the coding in the Audizine A4 B8 section.
