Rez90 - Call your local discount tire. They can hunt for them for you. In my case I did 17's. This was a couple of months ago, but they had to find them and get them shipped. They have the ability to get them straight from Nokian. They do have 18...see below sizes from their site:

I am not winter tire snob, but I can say these things make my A4 unstoppable. Do know the negatives though. This is not a "performance tire..." it will feel a bit spongy, and cornering and such cannot handle like others. If you want deep snow/packed snow traction with decent dry/wet, then this is your tire. If you drive mostly on dry and want a performance, try some of the others. I dont go crazy in the winter, so snow traction was highest on my list.
Do us a favor and post what you ended up getting and where. Always good to know whats available this late in the season.
