I scanned my ECU today and this code popped up 0016751. I did research on audizine and found out that it is the Camshaft position sensor- too low signal. What does this mean? Do I have to change the sensor? or adjust it. I'm not sure. Also, I was hearing a whistling sound coming from under the car. So, I jacked it up and found this hanging. Is this the problem and can it be fixed or replaced? After driving the car the sound is constant when i accelerate the sound is the same even when idiling. Thanks is advance for your help.

I think that may be your exhaust down pipe bracket. If it is it may be your whistle source too.
