Help left side mirror defroster doesn't work. Wondering if someone else has had this problem. Maybe a blown fuse or something I have no idea.

Both mirrors are on the same fuse. Pull the mirror off and check the connection to the back of it first.
Its pretty simple, turn the glass all the way to the right, then just pull gently from the outside edge and it should pop off.

You can use a soft pry tool if you have one.

You'll see 2 prongs on the mirror itself, like prongs that go into an outlet. On the housing, you'll see two cables that you attach to the prongs, each individually.

If it's all attached, and you can't tell if the heating element is obviously damaged, you should be able to test it by removing your working mirror. Plug in the working mirror and see if it starts heating up.

The mirror's themselves aren't too expensive.

I'm sure you can finder cheaper.

Okay thanks man I'll have to take a look at it but yeah with the winter weather we've been having on the east coast lately my left mirror is always covered in ice and my right mirror isn't
