From the pictures in that link, I have to say RS7 diffuser alone would not make the car looking better but rather worse, the oval pipes have to be there to support the look too.

I think they are just showing you that it's possible to get the diffuser in carbon on a A7 S-Line. You'll have to get the RS7 oval tips to complete the look.
