Instrument Cluster (no missing pixels, 110K)-$100
Rear windshield-$25
Radiator Support- $50, $100 with bumper shocks
Sunroof & all components - $75
Rear shelf speakers- $50
TCU(02')- $50

Center console- $50
Footwell cover (under steering wheel) -$25

I'm sorry I didn't look this up, at work. Can the mileage and all that on the cluster be changed to match the car if I swap it in?

Otherwise you can do it in vag com apparently, but I have yet to find instructions on how to do it.
