How is the price on this? 2013

Only option is napa leather 17k miles. Has new tires and 25k service dONE. 41.5 is best I could get them down to. I looked at a 2012 moonlight blue w 19" 5 star wheels, napa, MMI, and B&O w 10k and got them down to $40,800 but had some scrapes on the front lower valance. I really like the gray and that it's a yr newer arms refreshed which will help resale. MMI would be nice but not needed. Stickers were 56 for 12 vs 52 for 13

Pretty lightly optioned MY13. For resale I would look for a more optioned out premium + for around 42k.

I found a 2013 prem plus white over red CPO'd for $42k. Great deal, it has 18s but every other option. I also found a 2013 prestige brilliant black over brown loaded with 26k not CPO for 41.5k. I ended up with the car I just got, but these were in my top 3...

This seems like a pretty good deal and it's been sitting on their lot at least since September.

They gave me a non-MMI allroad loaner and it was awful having the controls on the dash. With MMI, the controls are easily accessible with your wrists in their natural resting position. Any controls that allow me to keep my eyes on the road is not really an option for me.

That's pretty unusual. I thought dealers typically want to move used cars in 60 days, 90 day max.

I was going to buy it around the end of September but they were hosing me on my trade. During my hunt I searched every dealer's inventory within a reasonable distance. I ended up buying one from a different dealer.

They do. I'm sure they're just as surprised it's still on their lot. Should be a pretty good bargaining chip unless it's already priced at their cost.

I'm debating letting my 13' go, every option but NAV, 15K miles, AudiCare, only modification is tint (if that is considered one). PM if interested.

i agree with others. id pass. make a list of must haves and things that would be nice but not needed. i just bought mine on wednesday and couldnt be happier!! got it for $39k certified with 29k on it :) black on black, carbon inlays, nav, alc leather and 2013+ where must haves for me. everyone talks about sport diff blah blah blah. not tracking mine and going 120+mph on the parkway today (by accident swore I was only going 70..) was sure nice.

heres a few pics of her :)

I spent 6 months looking for the right CPO with no luck, but perhaps I'm too fussy. Be patient. I'd go with 2013 (B8.5) over 2012 (B8).

Some suggestions: things show up on Autotrader long after they show up on the dealers' Web site. So if they sell quickly (and I think the good ones do), they never make it to Autotrader. Autotrader also frequently don't list the options. Dealer sites aren't perfect, but they are better about that.

One nice aggregating site I found, thanks to AZ: http://www.tristateaudidealers.com/index.htm

lets you search the whole area for CPO etc. Not too far from MA.

OP I'm in a similar situation. Although, I'm looking for a red, white or blue S4. I'm surprised you are having trouble finding black or gray. That's all I see when I look! Seriously out of 150 plus S4s around me (500 miles) the vast majority are black and gray.

I don't mind traveling to find the right one. However it's been increasingly tough to find one with certification in the colors and options I want.

I'm going to pass and keep looking. I don't need the sports diff I don't need B&O stereo, but I think no MMI will be a pain in the ass and hurt resale more than the others. I tired searching local dealers but I believe it's a 50 mile radius. I'll try the try state site

Check the south / south east region. They are more BMW heavy due to RWD, and I found a higher amount of deals in those regions.

    Good job on passing.

Quick question - why no rear sports diff? Not to start an online SD war, but I've passed on my cars because it didn't have the sports diff. I'm sure lots of enthusiasts will also - so it may hurt you during resale.

Not going to push it hard on the road? A A4 S-Line definitely looks the part without all the go-fast goodies.

This. There is an S4 certified and in red like I'm looking for down at Harpers Audi. However, it doesn't have a sports differential so I passed. The O.G. owner opted for adaptive cruise control though...lol.
